What’s on offer?

Based on the stories of women who dip, dive and swim in rivers, lakes and seas, The Water Holds Me/The Water Binds Us, is a film that celebrates the power of water to restore and revive our relationships with the natural world and each other.   

 Meet the Cardiff University team behind the research and film, share swimming and wellbeing experiences, and take part in a beginner-friendly watercolour workshop to explore natural movement and sensory experience, led by illustrator and animator, Lily Mae Kroese.
