What’s it about?

Abraham Newman and Henry Farrell launch their new book, Underground Empire, which explores how the US has weaponised the global economy. A panel will discuss how sustainable this is, how different major and emerging world powers are reacting, and the role of the UK in both using and mitigating these tactics.
