Lifelong wellbeing theme

What’s on offer?

In celebration of this year’s Festival of Social Sciences, come and find out more about how the social sciences support lifelong wellbeing.

This event provides the general public, special interest groups, and third sector with a chance to explore how the social sciences contribute to our understanding of health and welfare, influence the development of policies and support health and wellbeing initiatives within society.

Drop in and explore a range of interactive stands hosted by social science researchers from Bangor, Cardiff and Swansea Universities, covering a broad range of subjects such as: mental health, behavioural change, living with drought, active travel, the welsh food system, artificial intelligence, dementia, environmental conservation and more!

Who’s leading the event?

Susan Monkton
