A launch event for Get Happier, a new podcast series of ten episodes, each lasting ten minutes.
Hosted by Paul Dolan, Get Happier aims to help you improve your own happiness and the happiness of those around you, at home and at work, without too much effort.
There’s tonnes of information that can contribute to your happiness, but you can’t simply think yourself happy. Instead, we need to design being happier into our daily lives. This event launches new podcast series, Get Happier, which provides insights into how to do exactly that.
Across ten short episodes, host Paul Dolan identifies key sources of pleasure and purpose, the power of attention, and how the evidence can help. He will talk about overcoming some of the obstacles in achieving happiness, such as bad habits, behavioural biases, and society’s expectations of us.
Professor Paul Dolan, Professor of Behavioural Science in the Department of Psychological and Behavioural Science at LSE
