Why do people differ in their levels of happiness? How do our assumptions about the world and ourselves affect how excited, happy or joyful we feel on a daily basis? What is fear of happiness? Join us for a 90 minute convivial event where we will take a light-hearted tour of the fascinating world of emotion regulation through an attachment theory lens.
People attending this event can expect a relaxed infomal event where audience participation in encouraged. It will consist of short bite-sized presentations and interactive activiites to explore what attachment theory tell us about how we experience and regulate posiitve emotions such as happiness, joy and excitement. You will be encouraged to reflect on strategies that you might use subsciously use to either limit or heighten your happiness.
