What’s on offer?

Our event will be conducted online allowing for wider and inclusive participation. The event will kick off with a series of insightful live narratives (approx. 10-15 minutes each) from various stakeholders, including employers, individuals with disabilities employed or on training to be in hospitality, and inclusivity experts, focusing on the diverse benefits and the transformative power of inclusive employment in the hospitality and tourism sectors.

Following the live narratives, we will transition into a dynamic 40-minute panel discussion where our distinguished speakers will delve deeper into their experiences, insights, and the manifold benefits of fostering a diverse and inclusive workforce. This discussion aims to enlighten and inspire, revealing the untapped potential that lies in embracing diversity and fostering an inclusive work environment.

The main focus of the event is to underscore the significance and advantages of integrating people with disabilities into the hospitality and tourism workforce, aiming to reshape societal perceptions and catalyze a culture of acceptance and empowerment. Attendees will have the opportunity to engage, ask questions, and participate in interactive segments throughout the event.
