Emotional wellbeing

Managing work and life conflict in a digital age

Lifelong wellbeing theme

What’s on offer?

The primary objective of this event is to empower young adults to enhance their emotional wellbeing through engaging in various activities such as stream of consciousness writing, poetry, and reflective exercises. Consequently, the program seeks to boost their emotional intelligence, resilience, and overall quality of life, while reducing emotional exhaustion. Participants will also acquire the skills needed to effectively manage both their professional and personal lives, particularly in navigating the digital age.

What’s it about?

This initiative aims to educate participants about the potential challenges in our digital world, such as technology addiction, cyberbullying, and emotional and relational issues, and equip them with strategies to address these issues. These strategies may include limiting technology and social media usage and being more mindful of their interactions with others. Ultimately, through this initiative, young adults can contribute to fostering a healthier and happier generation by mitigating the adverse impacts of technology and social media on their lifelong wellbeing.
