What’s on offer?

We have created an easy-to-use interactive map in which you can see where heritage sites are in your local area. You will also have the chance to chat with a public health researcher and an expert from Historic Environment Scotland

What’s it about?

Interested to find out about heritage sites in your local neighbourhood? Wondering how visiting heritage might boost your mood and relieve stress? We have created an easy-to-use interactive map in which you can see where heritage sites are in your local area. You might spot a stately home, archaeological remains, or a historic park and garden, within a short walk of your home. You can even search for other places in Scotland that spark your interest! Following this will be a chance for a public health researcher and an expert from Historic Environment Scotland to hear about heritage and mental health and wellbeing.

Who’s leading the event?
