A morning session offering participants the opportunity to investigate lifelong wellbeing in-depth in a museum setting. Participants will have opportunity to view, discuss or handle the museum specimens and to freely express and capture their responses using the art materials supplied. They will then be given the chance to consider together their ideas and depictions around what lifelong wellbeing means to them
The sessions will be about exploring different museum collections and environments through handling, viewing and responding through with the participants own creative interpretation and thoughts and feelings that arise in response to ideas around what lifelong wellbeing means to them. The sessions will offer the participants a safe setting to explore these ideas together, in an exploratory way and facilitated by an experienced Art Psychotherapist.
